As Ladras
Last June, I had the chance to work with the amazing owners of As Ladras, a bistro-style restaurant in the heart of Lisbon.
I spent an entire afternoon in the kitchen with them, learning about their passion for food and about all of their dishes, inspired by different cuisines, from French to Indian, and of course, Portuguese. They make all of them from local, fresh produce, which makes them that much tastier!
After shooting, came my second favorite part, the tasting! And I was not disappointed, they're all just as delicious as they look!
